Come Bye Border Collie Rescue adult dogs offered for adoption have been heartworm tested and are on heartworm preventative, spayed/neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped and, in season, on flea/tick preventative.
Come Bye Border Collie Rescue puppies are wormed for intestinal parasites, received their age appropriate vaccines and are microchipped. If too young to spay or neuter, the adopter will agree to spay or neuter the puppy as a part of the adoption, along with the payment of an additional $100 deposit.
Please note this dog's foster home Location is included on this page, but you must go through the adoption process and be approved prior to doing a meet and greet with the foster dog.
This little baby is about 6 months of age. He is a black tri, rough coat. He will need a very patient person to help him navigate through life and new environments. He loves other dogs so a home with other dogs that will be willing to play with him is a necessity. Once he feels comfortable with you, you will come up and lean against your leg for pets. Little by little he is coming out of his shell with us humans....he definitely feels more comfortable around dogs than he does people. He loves his doggie daycare friends and enjoys playing with them daily. He and his two sisters were originally picked up as strays. I think this little guy is a diamond in the rough and will thrive with a dog savvy, patient person. Stay tuned for more updates about this little baby as he becomes more and more comfortable.
